As I write this a tradie is on site connecting our TV aerial.
BTW this is what we got for our $450 stereo prewiring. They woudnt even give us a 20 buck wall plug. Buyer beware.
(Thats about $100/m for cheap arse speaker wire)

Other items PD have had to address have been:
All the controllable lights are on test mode because the lasy electricians havent bothered turning 2 screws. Lucky im not eppeleptic as I would be in a fit.
None of the smoke alarms were connected or tested.
The powder room cabinet has writing on it.
The rangehood has to go in as well as the oven. (Now in)
All the bathrooms have silicon all over the tiles which is impossible to remove.
The automatic lights are not connected correctly.
The good news is our SS has been very good and all items except the rip off on the speaker wire should be fixed in the next week while my wife is home on holidays.
Items that we am doing:
We purchased a spa for an absolute bargin. That means another 10m long 600mm deep trench as we need a 40 amp fuse Back to the fuse box.
Making the inbuilt desk from furniture grade plywood. Very happy with the way it’s going.
Making additional shelving.
All curtains now in.
Digging more trenches for electrical cables and water recovery system.
Purchased a telescope to look out over the bay.
The landscaper tells us he will start next week so better get back to more digging.
