Time for our 2 day WOS appointment.

Key takes from this.

• They are all salespeople and none of them work for porter davis.
• Some items are well priced 40mm from 20mm stone edging less than $400, 4 bin pantry less than $100.
• some items are a total rip off
• a door that couldn’t be priced so we just said give us the builders inclusion.
• Tiles that cost 50 psm at national tiles being a 100 psm upgrade!!!
• Stone bench top upgrades in the stratosphere.
• Fanlights at 400 bucks that cost 100 elsewhere.
• Curtains that are ridiculously expensive.

all I can recommend is that buyer be very aware as these two days mean Porter Davis either making a very large profit out of you as a customer or breaking even.

We put in a rule if over $400 it was no go.

As each session is with a different consultant it depends on their ability if you get a good result or not.
